I think you know how much I love YOUR photos!

I know, Woody, that the Asiatic honeysuckles are awful, but they've been thriving along this trail for at least the 20 years I've been hiking it, and our native dogwoods, hazelnuts, chokecherries, sumacs, blueberries, azaleas, alders, native roses, etc. continue to thrive as well, so it's almost as if an equilibrium has been achieved. The Autumn Olive is a recent introduction, so my hope is that it can be quickly eradicated before it can dominate the habitat, and if that can't be accomplished, could the already established honeysuckles prevent the spread of the Autumn Olive? Please, o please, do not hope that Asiatic honeysuckle eliminates autumn olive -- those honeysuckles have no redeeming qualities, and will also eliminate native plants. As bad as autumn olive is the Asiatic honeysuckles are much worse.Woody Meristemhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17042498252608254901noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2662118368553266438.post-10153218978548471322019-10-31T08:16:15.003-04:002019-10-31T08:16:15.003-04:00Love all your photos!Love all your photos!threecolliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05811004278088768813noreply@blogger.com
