But it's there.
For more than thirty years I've been wandering the woods and waterways of Saratoga County, New York, and regions nearby, looking closely, listening carefully, and recording what I experience. We are blessed in this region with an amazing amount of wilderness right at hand. With this blog I share my year-round adventures here, seeking out what wonders await in my own Madagascar close to home.

Clean and spare. I like that.
Jackie ---Breathtaking! these are in a new style for you -- not a new topic, of course, but they a stunning enlargement of your scope. I know that others have suggested publication.... I'm sure that your fans would be eager to buy a calendar or a book. The new on-line book printers are quite reasonable, even for limited runs.
I love these . . . the snow makes such a nice backdrop for the tiny details.
I especially like the dried Queen Anne's lace... ;-)
I've been having the very same thought, but you pictures are far better than anything I've managed. You've given me inspiration to keep trying though.
Well done. The beauty of simplicity. Thank you for this gift.
As you aptly illustrate..if you look, there is beauty..I concur with your other commentators..outstanding photography!
Beautiful! Next year's holiday cards? Or note cards to sell for the good cause of your choice? I would buy them!
