I'm so glad my blog can remind you of the woods and waterways you work so hard to protect.

Thank you, Shari, and thanks for stopping by. I love the blogger feature that lets me just click on your name to go to your own fun web site. I encourage all my readers to do so.

Caroline, I love that Sweet Fern fragrance, too, often grabbing a handful of leaves and crushing them to my nose as I hike by. I'd heard that you could make tea from the leaves, but I thought it was to drink it. But why not both, as a drink and as a skin remedy. I think it has insect repellent properties, too.Jacqueline Donnellyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13390548854179921303noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2662118368553266438.post-47425217600685017462011-11-08T21:47:36.419-05:002011-11-08T21:47:36.419-05:00Love the smell of sweet fern! Old farmhouse remedy that seems to work just great.Carolinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09646529544107229536noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2662118368553266438.post-71867370243373299222011-11-08T21:01:02.243-05:002011-11-08T21:01:02.243-05:00Great Blog! I work as an ecology research assistant at the Cary Institute of Ecosystem Studies, but my work has me at the computer all day and I rarely get out into the woods anymore. Your blog provides a much needed break many days from data analysis and writing. So thank you!Amandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03075431120968621725noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2662118368553266438.post-52559072601589942422011-11-08T06:40:34.845-05:002011-11-08T06:40:34.845-05:00Being out there by yourself must be pure bliss.Being out there by yourself must be pure bliss.Junehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11710135137635433217noreply@blogger.com
